MobileMaster JADE Family

Java-based mobile devices constitute more than 80 percent of the advanced “3G” mobile phone market. Japan has fully embraced 3G, and other industrialized nations are following suit. Zentek is leveraging its partnerships to extend its Java-based franchise for mobile phone tools, libraries and applications into these new markets.

The MobileMaster JADE family emulates Java-enabled cellular phones with an integrated KVM on a Windows™ PC, including the product-specific features of each targeted device. It also integrates with a wide range of IDEs, enabling the development, compilation and debugging of Java applications.

With MobileMaster JADE content creators can create and debug compelling applications easily and efficiently – without a mobile handset or even access to the cellular network.

Zentek’s i-JADE series is the environment of choice for handset emulation and development of DoJa applications compatible with NTT DoCoMo’s i-Mode service. Other MobileMaster JADE solutions include ez-JADE, targeted at the KDDI mobile network; sky-JADE for the J-Phone mobile network; and m-JADE, developed for other MIDP markets.

Mobile Program Guide

Zentek’s innovative Mobile Program Guide (MPG) is designed to work with the new generation of mobile entertainment devices, such as satellite radio and television, in addition to mobile phones. It can display a linear broadcast channel line-up or a list of on-demand programming for users to select and tune to.

Highly portable, scaleable and adaptive, the MPG can provide a personalized program experience by filtering the broadcast data stream based on preferences stored on the consumer’s digital device.

The MPG also supports the placement of revenue-generating branding and advertising, accompanied by dynamic refresh.
